In this 60-minute webinar, school and district leaders will learn how to establish a PLC structure focused on evidence, analysis, and action. Participants will explore how to help teams bring timely, meaningful evidence to PLC meetings; facilitate collaborative analysis that moves beyond surface-level observations; and support teachers in selecting specific, high-leverage actions to implement in response to student learning. Leaders will leave with a practical framework for guiding teams to strengthen Tier 1 instruction, plan targeted re-teaching or intervention, design enrichment, or refine learning tasks based on what the evidence reveals.

OBJECTIVES:

Establish a consistent PLC meeting structure organized around three essential phases: Evidence, Analysis, and Action.

  • Prepare teams to bring focused, timely, and relevant evidence to PLC meetings
  • Facilitate collaborative analysis of evidence s
  • Guide teams to select a specific, high-leverage action in response to the evidence—such as a Tier 1 instructional adjustment, targeted re-teaching, intervention, enrichment, or a change in task design.
