The Hunter College Collaborative for Social Emotional Learning & Leading (C-SELL) is launching its first citywide immersive experience!

Please save the date for Monday, October 2nd at 4:30PM. Tell a friend. It’s open to the DOE, Hunter College, and the larger community.

The event features a short film screening about the school to prison pipeline followed by embodied awareness activities and a dialogue with the award-winning documentary filmmaker, Dr. Karen Baptiste. Dr. K is a Bronx native, former NYC special education teacher and administrator, as well as an executive leadership coach.

If your passions and interests align with antiracist pedagogy, body-mind intelligence, and/or collective healing, then this is the event for you! We are offering CTLE credit, light refreshments, and contemplative resourcing as we work to change the system from the inside out.

Trauma affects the whole collective, but so does Healing. Join us on 10/2 by registering HERE.  Spots are limited, so register today.
